The CV carb that came on an Evo is a great unit—but it can be improved upon with the S&S Super E.
- Carb kit includes the following:
- Carburetor
- The classic teardrop air cleaner assembly
- Manifold
- Mounting hardware
- Fuel line, clamps, and overflow line
- Intermediate jet and two main jets
- VOES vacuum tubing
- Super E carb has a 1-7/8" throat at the butterfly and a 1-9/16" venturi
- For use on Big Twin or Sportster engines up to 100 cubic inches and beyond
- Four fuel delivery ports resulting in better throttle response
- O-ring-sealed idle mixture screw
- Increased airflow—the stinger in the classic teardrop air cleaner is no gimmick
- Adjustable enrichment starting system does not restrict air flow like a conventional choke
