TC Bros. 1/4″ Steel Flat Mounting Tabs

• Tabs are 1/4" thickness American-made 1018 mild steel
• CNC-laser cut for symmetry and accuracy
• Slots in all slotted tabs are 5/16"
• All holes are through-holes and are drilled to accept 5/16" hardware or tap to 3/8"-16 if a threaded hole is required

In the interest of saving time when building motorcycles, the TC Brothers developed an array of useful tabs for general fabrication. The modest cost of these tabs is usually offset by the massive time savings, allowing you to move on to other parts of your build that are often a little more satisfying than working the file and the flap disc for hours.

There's no end to the clever uses you can find for these tabs. Brake stays, oil bag mounts, footpeg clevis points, lashing strap and bungee hook locations, upper fender mounts—and the list doesn't stop there.

Several styles of tab are offered; please see images for dimensions and specifications to make sure you're getting the tabs you need for the job at hand. Here's a basic rundown:

• Style 1: 1-1/4" tall, 5/16" through-hole
• Style 2: 3-1/2" tall, 5/16" through-hole
• Style 3: Swept edge, 1.188" tall, 5/16" through-hole
• Style 4: 1.438" tall, 5/16" slot
• Style 5: 1.188" tall, 5/16" parallel slot
• Style 6:  Contoured, 1-1/4" tall, 5/16" through-hole
• Style 7: Contoured, 2-1/2" tall, 5/16" through-hole
• Style 8: Contoured, 1.438" tall, 5/16" perpendicular slot
• Style 9: Contoured, 1.188" tall, 5/16" parallel slot
• Style 10: Contoured, coped for 1-1/8" tubing, 1-1/2" tall, 5/16" through-hole
