TC Bros. recommends use of semi-sintered or full-sintered pads in conjunction with our brake discs. As with any brake service, using new pads is mandatory. In keeping with standard shop practice, completely and thoroughly cleaning the disc(s) using soap and water is required before installation. Washing the friction surface and then drying the rotor(s) is critical to ensure packing oil does not contaminate the brake pads.
